Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped via UPS overnight with signature required.  Orders received by 2pm will ship the same day unless otherwise instructed. 

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned unaltered within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  Once a watch has been resized or the warranty has been filled out the item is not returnable.  Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to any of our retail stores.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
